These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User," "Player," or "you") and lvjl Casino (the "Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the lvjl online gaming platform located at lvjl.cam (the "Platform" or "Website"). 3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features of the lvjl Platform, you must create a user account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password.

Each User is permitted to register only one (1) account on the lvjl Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. If the Company detects multiple accounts registered by the same User, we reserve the right to close all such accounts, void any associated transactions, and forfeit all funds and winnings without prior notice.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

In compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR's Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements, lvjl Casino reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Required documents may include but are not limited to a government-issued identification card (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or national ID), proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement), and proof of payment method ownership.

Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure and the withholding of withdrawals until verification is complete. The Company will process all verification requests in a timely manner and will notify you of any deficiencies in submitted documentation.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify lvjl Casino if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. The Company will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

lvjl Casino accepts deposits via various payment methods including but not limited to GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other major Philippine banks), Visa, Mastercard, and other approved payment processors. All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise stated. The minimum deposit amount is One Hundred Pesos (PHP 100.00).

Deposits are typically credited to your lvjl account immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. In the event of a deposit delay, please contact our customer support team with your transaction reference number. The Company is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

4.2 Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawals of their account balance at any time, subject to the completion of any applicable wagering requirements and verification procedures. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within five (5) minutes to twenty-four (24) hours, depending on the payment method selected.

All withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. • Colluding with other players or engaging in any form of cheating or fraudulent activity;

Upon termination, your account balance (excluding any forfeited funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any required verification procedures.

You may also voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining account balance will be processed as a withdrawal accordin g to our standard withdrawal procedures.
